Anyone who contacts Trickmanner Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If you were not, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Report

You can write to us about:

• How Trickmanner Garage Doors handled your call or message
• How your personal information was treated
• Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If a Provider Let You Down

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each sets its own quotes, prices and standards of work and service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep written notes of what was said and agreed.

Tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Trickmanner Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@trickmanner.property and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you reached us or the provider
• The phone number or form you used, if you know it
• The provider's name, if you have it
• What happened and the outcome you want

Our Response

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Next we will review it, which may involve contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply to our answer and ask for another review. You may also contact your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help.
